How do I place my order?

To shop from us, you can either make a mysoul account or else simply go ahead being a guest user.
Would suggest you to relax and trust your index finger in terms of clicking on the right product you wish to buy. Browse through the large range of tshirts until you find something you like, choose your size as per your body type and click on add cart right away.

After this you may continue to shop for looking on to more options or else you may confirm the order.
As soon you are all content with filling your cart, you may proceed to checkout, submit your goods destination address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

Is there any extra cost for international orders?

  • 1. Yes, we do accept International orders. You can place the order with the help of  Payment Gateway.

By when should I expect my order to be with me?

It takes 2 working days to dispatch the orders. Furthermore, within India it takes 3-5 working days after the order is dispatched and outside India, 10-15 days, depending on the location.

How will I get confirmation that my order is really placed?

As soon you confirm you order, Mysoul Team will send you a mail within 12 hours from us which would confirm you regarding the product you bought. After that you may relax and wait for our awesome product to reach you.

Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using NetBanking, Debit Card or Credit Card?

Mysoul firmly believes in your privacy and security. Hence we provide you a secure encrypted access for performing your payment in all ways.

Are there any hidden charges?

As such no hidden charges are applicable for Indian clients. Any order from abroad will have to bear the expenses of courier as well.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. In case of any further clarification, you can email us at info@mysoul.co.in

Does Mysoul accept international orders?

How can I get my defective product replaced?

and let us know the reason of your exchange. You will be asked to share the photos of the product and our team will offer you the best and quick solution possible.

Can I return an item if I don’t like it, and if so how?

Yes, we offer 7 days limit for you to replace or return the product, if in case you did not like it and in return we expect you to ensure that the product is unused with all original tags and packaging intact. The amount of the product will be credited to your account as soon our team receives the product and its quality is checked.

Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

What are the terms and conditions for refund?

You can claim the refund within 7 days from the day you received your order under following scenarios:

  • 1. If the product delivered has a manufacturing defect.
  • 2. You have received damaged merchandise.
  • 3. If you do not like the product, as specified above.

How long does it take to get the refund?

As soon we receive the product, the refund process will be initiated within 48 hours. The amount will be refunded in your account by 7-10 working days.

What is the delivery time period expected?

The orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Within India, the orders are delivered in 3-5 working days after they are dispatched, and international orders are delivered in 10-15 working days. However, delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

What to do if I forget my password/username?
